Gift Wrapping
To make someone’s day special and to save you the time and trouble of gift-wrapping, why not select the “gift wrapping” option before you check out and we’ll do it for you.
The gift wrapping service carries a flat rate additional charge of £3.50 per order, irrespective of how many items are included, i.e. you will be charged only once per order.
Gift wrapped items will be additionally protected with plain outer packaging (but please note that, for delivery purposes, our return address will appear in small font on the corner of the address label.
A gift tag service is included, so make sure to write your personal message if required.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available, normally valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
These may be redeemed in-store or online. Please contact us for information.
Loyalty Points
We operate an attractive loyalty points scheme which enables us to reward our most loyal customers. Further information is available on request.
Hire Service
All items sold via the website are brand new and unused/ unworn.
For many of our products, especially gowns and some jewellery, we can provide a hire service. Please contact us if you require any further information in this regard.
Our flagship store at Lincoln is based in the City Centre, yet off the high street. The relaxed surroundings offers a very different shopping experience; come and shop at your leisure and our staff would be pleased to help you to put together that perfect outfit.
Alterations
Whilst we carry a wide range of stock in sizes 6 to 22, inevitably some customers find that the particular dress for them is not available in their perfect size.
We can offer a competitive alterations service. Please contact us for further details.
